Decent Work and Economic Growth
Youth Employment: Equipping the Next Generation for the Future of Work
Unemployment is on the rise globally, and nearly half of the world’s population still lives on just $2 a day. For today’s youth, the path to decent employment is often blocked by barriers, including high unemployment rates, limited access to quality education, and a lack of relevant skills. Even when jobs are available, they are often informal, low-paid, or insecure, offering little opportunity for growth or stability.
Our Programs
We believe decent work is fundamental to long-term economic stability and human dignity. Through targeted skills training, we empower individuals to enter the workforce with confidence and thrive in their careers.
